Here's my top 5 themes for Windows 7. These themes were used by me so it’s a personal opinion. I like the themes with a more glassy look. Right now I’m using AP-GRAPHIK’s theme, Soft7 2.0.

A nice transparent theme with some shades of black on the top of the window.

This is a transparent grey theme that combines the classic with the smoothness.
1. Glass Onion for W7 by SolMiler
That’s my favourite theme from all the above. It’s glass look makes it stylish and cool.
